The Word People update on updates

I have finally settled upon an update system. Allow me to enlighten you.

If you’ll have a look to your left…yes, there in the sidebar, just under the prompt. I’ll get to the prompt momentarily. Just under the prompt there is a box titled The Word People: Tuesday Updates 11/12-11/18. If you are a part of The Word People, and you have posted something on or after November 12 through 4:00 today, November 18, you are included in the update. Some of what is included in this week’s update might have been included in last week’s update. Last week I had no system. This week I do. There.

In case you are wondering, I only counted written posts in my update. Some of you posted pictures in lieu of words, and I am considering including those, but I’m not sure how I feel about that. On the one hand, the group IS called The Word People. On the other hand, however, we are all about encouraging creativity, and if a picture represents your creativity, isn’t that worth mentioning? I’d appreciate your input on this matter.

Also, not everyone posted a coughwritingplancough, but since there are no assignments here, I am looking past that. However, as a personal testimonial, making a writing plan has helped me tremendously. I swear. I highly recommend it. And also, one member of The Word People has a blog that is co-authored (you know who you are) and since only one of you (you know who you are) expressed interest, I am only including your posts in the updates. No pressure, I promise.
